For September 2022, in Tarrant County, Texas, the median home price was $353,000. That is still up 13.1% over this time last year in 2021.
The active listings were up 63.5%. That is a total of 4623 homes for sale in Tarrant County.
Our closings in September were down a little bit. Closings were down 21.4% over this time last year. We had 2127 closings in Tarrant County.
The average days on the market is 30 days well from the time of contract closing of 31 days. So that’s a total of 61 days on the market.
Our months of inventory are 2.1 months and in September 2021 we had 1.2 months of inventory.
